Does the biography teach you how to do kriya yoga? I did a search on amazon for this book and it produced many different versions - which version should I read?

the book does not teach a method for kriya yoga.
Kriya Yoga should only be taught under the direct guidance of a teacher
there are other meditation forms that you can practice on your own...
